Maia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pathology and Pharmacology and a Master’s in Medical Sciences from the University of Western Ontario, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto. Her extensive background in biology, chemistry, pharmacology, and health sciences allows her to help students understand challenging scientific concepts while connecting classroom material to meaningful, real-world examples.

Maia believes no single teaching method works for every student. Her experience supporting neurodiverse individuals has strengthened her ability to recognize different learning needs and adapt her lessons accordingly. Whether a student is early in their academic career or preparing for postgraduate studies, Maia helps them build confidence, develop effective study strategies, and become independent learners.

Anuj Nayak is currently a second-year Biochemistry student at McMaster University, with extensive experience tutoring high school math and science for Grades 9–12. Having recently completed high school with a 98% average and holding a perfect 4.0 GPA in university, Anuj brings knowledgeable, confident instruction to every session.

Anuj has a passion for teaching and puts particular focus on fundamental concepts, helping students build a strong foundation before tackling more advanced material — so understanding sticks, not just memorization.

Seran Naventhan is a second-year Computer Science and Mathematics student at the University of Toronto with a passion for teaching and strong tutoring experience. With three years of tutoring high school math and a year teaching computer science, Seran has developed a real aptitude for working with students.

Seran maintains a perfect 4.0 GPA in university and earned a 97% average in high school, including the Enriched Advanced Functions award upon graduation. He ensures every student learns based on their individual needs, helping them strengthen their fundamentals and succeed in Math, Physics, Chemistry, or Computer Science.

Sujani Chandrashekar is an IT professional at CIBC with a Master of Applied Computing and a strong background in Mathematics and Biology. She has always been passionate about teaching, and through her volunteer teaching and university proctoring experience in Canada she has worked with and supported many students.

Sujani is patient and takes the time to understand exactly where a student needs help before working through the concept with them. Her IT career has sharpened her analytical and problem-solving skills, which she brings into every session — encouraging students to ask questions, build a strong understanding of the basics, and learn at a pace that works for them.
