Each session is a personalized, one-on-one 60-minute lesson delivered online via video call. Your tutor will cover the specific topics you need help with — whether that is exam prep, homework, concept review, or assignment support. Sessions are tailored entirely to your needs.

Yes — completely free. Your first 30-minute introductory session requires no payment and no credit card. It is a chance for you and your tutor to meet, assess your needs, and see if it is the right fit. You only pay if you decide to continue.

Payment is arranged directly with your tutor after your free trial. We currently accept e-transfer (Interac), PayPal, and other methods as agreed. There are no platform fees or subscriptions — you pay your tutor for each session.

Absolutely. There are no long-term commitments or contracts. You can reschedule or cancel sessions with reasonable notice (typically 24 hours). Our tutors are flexible and accommodating.

Yes. Our tutors are available across a wide range of time slots including evenings, weekends, and even during holiday periods. When you book, simply indicate your preferred time and we will match you with a tutor who fits your schedule.
